Privacy policy
We process basic server logs and consent choices for security and site operation. A marketplace request is stored privately so we can review it, contact the seller and arrange a possible listing. Seller contact details are not public unless the seller has separately authorised publication of the final listing. Advertising services are loaded only after the selected consent. We never sell, rent or use personal information for unrelated marketing.
Who handles the data
E30 Archive is the contact point for this website. Public browsing does not require an account. When you submit a marketplace request, we receive the name and email address you provide, proposed public contact details, vehicle information, description, photos, language and the recorded consent moments. Hosting infrastructure may also record technical request data such as IP address, time, route and browser information for operation and security.
Purpose and legal basis
Technical logs are used for the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure and available. Marketplace information is processed to review and respond to the seller's request and to prepare a possible listing. Contact details and photos are not made public merely by submitting the form: publication follows a separate manual review and the seller's approval of the final listing. No solely automated decision decides whether a car is published.
Storage and access
Pending requests and their photos are stored in a private server area and are available only to the archive administrator. A published listing exposes only the vehicle information, approved contact method and selected photos needed for that listing. Information is kept while the request is reviewed, while an agreed listing is active and for as long as reasonably needed to handle follow-up or disputes; removal can be requested at any time. Hosting and email providers may process the limited data needed to deliver their services.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the situation, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent for publication can be withdrawn, without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send a request to info@designbymaik.nl; identity may be checked before private data is disclosed or changed. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Scope and revisions
This page describes the current public archive and its private administration area. If functionality, providers or data use changes materially, the relevant policy text and revision date are updated before or when that change becomes active. Earlier wording is not silently used to justify a different purpose.
