Information is provided for general reference. Vehicle specifications vary by market and production date, and repair work can involve serious risk. Verify the correct factory procedure for the specific vehicle and use qualified assistance when required. Marketplace sellers confirm that they are entitled to sell the vehicle, that their information is accurate, and that they may provide the contact details proposed for a final listing. E30 Archive reviews requests but does not become a party to a sale, guarantee a vehicle or take responsibility for agreements between buyer and seller. A listing is published only after private review, an agreed payment and the seller’s final approval.
Reference, not a repair instruction
Articles explain systems, history and inspection priorities. They cannot account for every market, production change, previous repair or modification. Before safety-critical work, identify the exact vehicle and consult the matching factory procedure, current regulations and a qualified specialist where needed. You remain responsible for decisions made using the information.
Seller responsibilities
A seller must be entitled to offer the vehicle and must provide accurate identity, condition, mileage, price, location, contact and photo information. Known material defects and repairs should be described honestly. Submitted images must be the seller's own or supplied with permission. A request can be rejected or removed when information is misleading, incomplete, unlawful or inconsistent with the E30-only scope.
Review, publication and sale
Submitting the form creates a private request, not a published listing and not an obligation to accept payment. Scope, final copy, selected photos, duration and any fee are agreed separately. Publication happens only after manual approval. Buyer and seller contract directly; E30 Archive does not hold funds, inspect the car physically, guarantee statements, mediate the sale or provide a warranty.
Copyright and acceptable use
Source material, photographs, manuals and trademarks remain subject to their respective rights and licence terms. Links and quotations do not transfer ownership. Do not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit archive content or seller data in a way that infringes rights, bypasses access controls or misrepresents the source. Report a rights concern to info@designbymaik.nl.
Scope and revisions
This page describes the current public archive and its private administration area. If functionality, providers or data use changes materially, the relevant policy text and revision date are updated before or when that change becomes active. Earlier wording is not silently used to justify a different purpose.
